1. I just made an order, how long until it gets shipped?

Unless there is a delay or hold on the product your order will be shipped out on the following Tuesday or Friday.

2. What is the return policy?

All sales are final. Exceptions to damaged or missing products.

3.  What is your shipping carrier?

All orders are shipped through USPS.

4.  Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes all U.S. orders come with tracking.

5.  What are my shipping options?

We will ship express ground shipping both in US and international.

6.  I never got my product or it arrived damaged, what do I do?

We ensure that all products sold are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment for damage and well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. However if you never receive your items or it ends up damaged during shipping please contact us at kitsunecorners@gmail.com for support.

7. What does subscribing to the Newsletter get me?

We will email you when we have new products in stock or sales on existing products.

8. Why should I create an account?

Creating an account will make it easier for you to make future orders, as well as make it easier to receive tracking information or support on your orders.

9. Regarding International Orders:

Please be aware that all international orders cannot be guaranteed on delivery times due to the change in hands after the product arrives in your country and is given to your countries shipping service.
